my favorite (at-home, free, mindful) yoga:
Yoga with Adriene Channel, on YouTube. Adriene’s got yoga to help you out with just about anything you can think of, narrates the majority of the videos herself, teaches practices ranging from 10min to full 40-60min (I usually stick with the 20min ones & roll my mat right out on my kitchen floor), and she also just happens to have an awesome dog who likes to make cameos :)
