Can I interest you in taking a few breaths with me? It's what I do when I'm nervous and meet someone new (you!) :) Ready? Here we go...
On your next breath in, see if you can let your body grow quiet and still.
Breathe out, and Smile :)
Breathing in, notice any tension you're holding in your shoulders, legs, arms, or jaw. Breathe out, and allow those muscles to relax.
Breathing in, notice how you're feeling.
Breathe out, and Smile again :)
so, what brings you here?
Do you wish you could be more intentional with your days, actually showing up on purpose, versus flying around on auto-pilot?
Do you ever get the feeling like there's something more out there/ a more joyful and fulfilled version of yourself just waiting to be unearthed? You just have no freaking clue what to do about it?
Do you find yourself "checking out" (i.e. drinking, watching tv, mindlessly scrolling instagram, etc.) to "de-stress" at the end of the day/week, because you're a little nervous about what might happen if you actually sat with yourself, and "checked-in"?
Do you wish you could help your child [fall asleep, calm down, release their own stress, be less anxious] but don't know how, and just thinking about it makes you feel stressed, lose sleep, and get anxious?
I used to check all of these boxes myself; then I learned how to sit with myself. And I started to hear my heart/ soul, instead of just my mind/ ego. I started to seek advice from my own intuition, instead of everyone around me. I started to understand what it means to "be in the moment", and how to consciously decide that's how I would be. And I busted through a ton of limiting beliefs & subconscious programming (which I wasn't even aware I had) that were keeping me from showing up and living my life with passion and purpose (something I had longed for my whole life...).
If you are ready for a change, and think you could use some help to get there (and something deep down is calling you to click this link :)), schedule a free 30-minute call with me here.
